At the western end of South Walton County and Topsail Hill State Preserve, you’ll find the bustling beach community of Miramar Beach. Situated along Scenic Highway 98, the coastal highway often referred to as Old 98, Miramar has a wealth of options for its residents and guests from high rise condominiums with sweeping gulf views to single family homes positioned to capture the afternoon breeze. Casual beachside bars and restaurants are the perfect place to catch the sunset and enjoy some live tunes, and shopping is at a premium with a designer outlet mall, multiple shopping centers and beach gear stores. Smaller communities with only one or two streets can be found in Miramar Beach, as well as expansive gulf front homes.
